Identity verification of individuals and entities, with sanctions screening, PEP analysis and international sanctions checks. Fully documented and audit-ready.
Depending on profile and desired solution, we may request articles of incorporation, operational evidence, business references, financial statements and other materials that prove operational soundness.
Decisions consider strategic fit, regulatory risk, jurisdiction, governance quality and market track record. No black box: criteria are communicated transparently.
Finder activation requires the formal acceptance of written terms: scope, SLAs, compensation and responsibilities of each party.
The Finder retains legal and operational independence. There is no employment, corporate or exclusive-representation relationship with Transfero. The relationship is commercial and governed by the signed contract.
The Finder may not present themselves as an employee, staff or legal representative of Transfero. In external commercial relationships they must make clear they act as an independent Finder familiar with the ecosystem.
The relationship is subject to Transfero's internal compliance, AML and KYC policies, plus formal approval from risk and compliance committees.
